Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Returns are for store credit only.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

• Items with makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke smell, pet hair, or damage will not be accepted.


Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Bodysuits

• Accessories

• Sale & clearance items



Shipping Policy

• Orders ship within 1–3 business days.

• We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by USPS/UPS after shipment.

• Please double-check your address when ordering. Incorrect addresses are the buyer’s responsibility.

Texas Sales Tax

As required by Texas law:

• We collect Texas state sales tax on all taxable items.

• Tax is calculated automatically based on your delivery address.

• This amount will appear at checkout/payment.

Condition of Items

Little Luu Boutique is not responsible for:

• slight color differences due to lighting/screens

• manufacturer defects (we will help if significant)

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is considered fraud and will result in being blocked from the boutique.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please return eligible items for store credit, then reorder the item/size you want.

Store Credit

Store credit is issued as a code and does not expire.
